Individual art therapy sessions offer a confidential and supportive space for self-expression, reflection and emotional growth. Facilitated by Gabby, Registered Art Therapist, these 1 on 1 sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
Using creative processes alongside therapeutic frameworks, art therapy can support individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, disability, life transitions, or those simply seeking deeper self-understanding. No prior artistic experience is required, the focus is on expression.
Sessions can be accessed through NDIS funding (self-managed or plan-managed participants).
